The Transcript Process In the charts below, the "sent date" refers to the date the transcripts were sent from the GlobaLinks Learning Abroad office. Please allow at least two weeks from the "sent date" listed below for your official transcript to arrive at your home university's International Office before contacting your GlobaLinks Learning Abroad coordinator. If it has been more than two weeks after the "sent out" date listed below, and your transcript has still not arrived at your home university's International Office, please contact studyabroad@globalinksabroad.org. If the "sent date" is blank, your transcript has been requested, but not yet received from the host university. Your transcript will not be sent to your home university if you have an outstanding balance with either GlobaLinks Learning Abroad or the university you attended.
